Musical Bingo Card PDF Downloads Are Simpler And Better Than An App.

Some apps are great. I'm not knocking apps, when there is a good reason for it. However, when it comes down to the best DIY Musical Bingo templates, I really do think an application is unnecessary.

Why try to get everyone at your event to download an app before play? That doesn't sound easy, right there. When you can just hand out a regular piece of paper, if you wanted to. I can guarantee that's what your guests would prefer.

Of course, regular white paper works, but it isn't very festive. Try getting colored paper first, it's usually close to the same price. Then, when you print the cards off your downloaded PDF files, they are perfectly fit on a regular piece of letter paper.

Make sure to choose the "landscape" print format setting. That's just a fancy word for horizontal printing. But when you use the cards downloaded from the Fat City Entertainment Trivia Store, that's the way you want to do it. Two cards will fit pretty much perfectly on a single sheet of 8.5" by 11" letter paper.

There is some space on the edges that suits nicely as a border. Some hosts prefer to cut the cards in half, and give each guests just the one card, and that's a great choice! Of course, the easiest way is just to give everyone 2 cards each. And yes, it's ok to trim off our www.fatcityentertainment.com promotions at the bottom of the sheet... that's why we put it there, so you have that option.

Our musical bingo card downloads can print up to 250 randomized cards each time, and you can select while printing exactly how many sheets you want to print. There should be little to no waste. If you end up having less people than expected show up to your event, no problem. Next time you are using those cards, make sure to save them, and begin printing the NEXT cards in sequence for the following event. That's right, our cards are good to use again and again. When you are printing the "range" of pages on the PDF file, you can choose the exact pages that print by typing in a range, such as, "51 - 100". Make sure not to print the same page twice, otherwise you could have duplicate winners, because each sheet is randomized differently.
Go-to Trivia Store->

Also, if you are worried about pollution and waste, which I very much am too, then you should appreciate that paper is one of the fastest biodegradable materials there is. Just check out this study on it.

We even make sure that the ink on each sheet is minimal so that your costs at a host are as efficient and inexpensive as possible.

I think one of the coolest things about music bingo events is that every host's gig is unique. From the amount of time they DJ a track, to what a winning bingo! looks like to them. Here's a secret hint for those of you who like to read deep into things: You can do 12 unique Bingos! on a single game or card. That's right 12 easy Bingos! and it's one of my favorite ways to host my shows. So what you do is, explain that "Every single line wins once". That means there are 5 Horizontal line winner, and 5 Vertical line winners, as well as, 2 Diagonal line winners.

That means, using one card and one game, you can have 12 unique winners. Make sure to keep track on a separate card of your own so you know which directions have already won. And if 12 winners seems like a lot for a single game, check out the toy section of your local dollar store for key chains and small nick knacks. Or my personal favorite for gifts, depending on your budget, is Five Below for nicer trinkets for your guests than simply the dollar store or a discount on your bar tab.

Do you have tips for us that makes your gig unique?? Please share with us in the comments below.

Paper decomposes very quickly. That's why Music Bingo is the best choice for a very low carbon footprint entertainment option.

Our music bingo games are now completely digital. Let's do our bit to save the earth.

We live in a beautiful age where we’re fortunate enough to know the consequences of our actions, especially towards our planet. The concept of sustainability and Nature conservation is being normalised in this age and plenty of steps are being taken to ensure that our planet is taken care of. With the usage of reusable metal straws over conventional plastic straws, and with many large corporates pledging to reduce the usage of single-use plastics, We are happy to follow suit by announcing that we will no longer be shipping plastic products! Our games can now be downloaded and played at your own convenience.

The implementation of digital games will massively reduce plastic waste and the pollution and damage caused to the environment due to the process of manufacturing plastic goods. The music bingo PDF can be purchased and downloaded from us and can be printed for your own use. Printing the bingo card on paper is a more environment-friendly option as paper takes around 2-5 months to decompose as opposed to plastic coated cards which could take upwards of 5 years to decompose, not to mention the waste generated due to the manufacture of these cards.

According to the Science Learning Hub of New Zealand, plastic takes so long that we don’t even know if it will ever decompose! Fun fact, plastic has only existed for 50 years and despite that, they have discovered that it’ll take forever to decompose. How? Well, thanks to a neat little test called respirometry!

We wanted to contribute to this as well and ensure that our games don’t pollute or harm the environment in any manner. Besides, making our games digital only helps make things a lot less tedious. Alternatively, you can always print out the digital game on a piece of paper if needed. To make things more interesting, you can try printing out the games on colored sheets which would certainly make things a lot more interesting than printing them out on regular and plain sheets. Besides, you can always print the exact amount of sheets you need, which would only save paper instead of printing a whole bunch and then realizing that there are too many sheets.

Another great alternative is the PDF version. If you do plan on conducting an online event to play music bingo, there’s so much you could do. We highly recommended using Adobe Reader to ensure that everything goes smoothly. Adobe Reader has this feature that allows the players in the game to check the boxes off while playing. This makes things incredibly easy and very, very convenient.

We have so many games to choose from. These games have been tested on real audiences and have only been released after testing them out and doing our research. After all, you deserve a high-quality game for saving the earth, right? Each game has a specific theme and with it, we also help you set up an amazing party. The article covers things like the kind of food you should be serving, the variety of decorations, the dress code and smaller things like the invite to the party, prizes for the guests and things along that line. What’s more, we’ve already designed the playlists for every game, making your life so much simpler than before.

There’s so much fun to be had with these games and now, you get another benefit that you’re doing your part to restore the earth and avoid polluting it, one game at a time. I mean, music bingo is so fun that we are sure you’ll keep coming back to the Trivia Store for more games! And we have so many that it’ll probably last you a lifetime!

Happy Music Bingo-ing!

July The 4th Be With You! That's the Star Wars thing, right?

I'm kidding, of course. Don't cancel me. I came out of my hole to share a great offer for everyone for a, hopefully, happy Summer this bright and shiny... and rainy and windy 2022!

I know it's the 4th of July and that's a great day to celebrate across the USA, but our games now travel even further than that, so I want to recognize the Music Bingo Enthusiasts in Canada, England, Ireland, Australia, and now even Turkey! Holy moly, word is getting out how cool this game is. If you're reading this and have known about Fat City games for some time now, then congratulate yourselves for helping to pioneer the movement back into social venues, and our shared passion for live entertainment.

There are a lot of things to stress about in the world today, but downloading and printing fun inexpensive Music Bingo games should not be one of them.

Have you been hosting Music Bingo events already? We want to hear about it!

Please share in the comment section below, or email us directly at [email protected].

Some common questions we want to ask you about you and your shows are:
  1. What kind of venue do you perform at?
  2. What is the age range or demographic of your audience?
  3. How long does your show usually run for?
  4. Do you give away prizes?
  5. How long from each song do you like to play? Are you a fast DJ, or does your crowd typically take their time to dance and sing?

Anything unique or something else that you think we would be interested in hearing about, please let us know. Let's get this discussion going, and better yet, convince those around us that fun live entertainment events like this are therapeutic, relaxing and break barriers. From one table to the next, our main goal is to get people out of their comfort zone, right? Maybe the dance a little, or remember an old forgotten memory, or meet a new friend.

Keep it up out there, Friends. I know you are doing a great job, and truly helping your community.

Beware of what you see, because not everything is what they appear to be. Or in this case, sound! This is a very different and a fun take on different songs over so many eras. It’s the April Fool’s Theme Pack and this time, it features songs that sound so similar to each other but at the same time, it also may or may not sound the same. Songs like Got To Give It Up By Marvin Gaye and Blurred lines by Robin Thicke may sound extremely similar to each other but at the same time, songs like I'm Coming Out by Diana Ross and Mo Money, Mo Problems by Notorious B.I.G may have some samples that sound very close but aren’t the same song at all. It’s a very fun edition and one can learn about new songs and it could be their new groove. So buckle up! Looks (or in this case, the sounds!) may seem incredibly deceiving so don’t let yourself be tricked or fooled now!

As with every party, first you need to decorate the room. There aren’t a lot of themed decorations for this one. However, like we mentioned earlier, looks may be deceiving. You can choose to use a balloon arch if you want and maybe put up some frames of clowns and jokers around. One funny thing could be that you could probably add in a clown behind a fake frame, if that’s possible. You can also do simple things like add in a whoopee cushion or a fake pinata, something that drops random objects when broken or almost never breaks despite so many futile attempts. You can greet your guests with a fake hand if that makes things a lot more interesting. Other decorations also include a pinata in the shape of the number one and again, fill it with the most random things you could find.

Next up is dressing sense. This might be fairly easy. Ask your guests to dress up in some of the goofiest dresses they could or they could pretend to be someone else or maybe even have a couple of tricks up their sleeves. They can even dress up like a clown if they wanted to. There are so many ways you can go with this. Some ideas are the classic long handkerchief gimmick or they could have a flower on their coat (if they are wearing one) that squirts water. Simple but fun additions to their regular dresses can also be encouraged! After all, it’s all about having fun!

Let’s take a look at food. There’s so much potential here! Especially since there exist so many recipes that look different but tastes completely opposite! For example, you can make a meatloaf cupcake with mashed potato frosting. It’s easy for almost anyone to be fooled by that, especially since it closely resembles a good old chocolate cupcake! Or you also have the option of preparing regular dishes like cream puffs but there’s a catch - one of the pastries might have something else other than a sweet filling! It’s a fun prank to play and basically, a Russian roulette version using cream puffs. You can also make jello in a glass with a straw, tricking your guests into thinking that it’s an actual drink but once they drink using the straw, they’ll be surprised!

Now for the showcase event, the bingo itself! You can ask someone talented to sing it with the karaoke in the background or if it makes things easier, you can always play it using our amazing playlist that’s available on Spotify, Apple Music and Amazon Music. While the songs are being played, you can always ask the guests to join in if they know the lyrics to the song or if you have a large enough space to host it, you can also ask them to dance to the song. Making a party lively is what makes it a party. And since it is April Fool’s themed, you can play some random tracks and ask them to identify it but there’s a catch - it isn’t part of the playlist! It just adds to the fun!

Finally, you need to leave your guests with a memorable gift. One interesting gift you can give them is a simple t-shirt that says ‘You can’t trick me’ if they have managed to bypass all the tricks laid out there. Or for the winner of the game, you can give them a bunch of Post-Its that already have ‘Kick Me’ written on it. Alternatively, you can give them a whoopee cushion if you can!

These are some ideas that your guests would certainly enjoy for the April Fool’s Themed Music Bingo and if you have better ideas, feel free to let us know! Again, you can find the playlist on every major music streaming platform like Amazon Music, Spotify, Apple Music, etc.

Happy music bingo!
