Step 1: Ditch the green beer and step up your game with easy, simple, and much more impressive green cocktails!  Especially if you’re working in a bar, create your own green cocktail using midori or sour apple schnapps. Or just add some green food coloring to champagne and take your party from frat-phat!
Step 2: Drop some knowledge! Did you know that St Patrick was born in Britain?  Did you know that the original color for St Patricks day was blue? Or that it used to be a dry holiday?
